Put links to your social media in your footer

The footer is where information goes that is relevant across the whole website. Your social media is one of these things. Your social media is something you want people to easily find, without it distracting from your main site.

Putting it on a contact page means people may not see it if they weren’t thinking about contacting you. In the footer though, everyone who scrolls far enough will see it, regardless of the page they’re on. And that may just be enough to get them to take a look. Just put a neat row of icons there, and you may just hit your next follower milestone soon.
