If there’s one thing that people don’t like, it’s waiting. That and wasps, but mostly waiting. It helps a lot though if people know how long they’ll have to wait. That’s why it’s very important to let the sender know how long they’ll have to wait for a reply.
Put a sentence there saying “We’ll get back to you within 24 hours”, or “Replies in 2-3 business days”. Everyone has had that horrible experience with a customer service that takes months to respond. Assure your visitors that you’re not like that.
